Gustavo holds a double major in Law and International Business from the University of Sonora, and has taken part in public policy seminars at both Harvard University and the National Autonomous University of Mexico. He has participated in a range of projects focused on anticorruption, urban development and strengthening of democracy, and his research interests include youth participation, governance and accountability.
