Javier Jiménez Gutiérrez is a Mexican lawyer with over 20 years of experience advising governments and governmental agencies in large scale projects, international controversies and public policy design and implementation. He holds a law degree from the National University of Mexico (UNAM, 1994), an LL.M. from Harvard Law School (1996) and an MSc in Latin American Studies from the University of Oxford (2017). He teaches law at the Centro de Investigación y Docencia Económicas (CIDE) in Mexico City.
