Joe is a journalist and the co-founder and editor of Jericho. His work has appeared in The Financial Times, The Sunday Times and Left Foot Forward. He focusses on Eurasian politics, stretching from Kiev to Tokyo, but has a particular expertise on Russia. He holds a BA in English Literature and Spanish from Newcastle University and an MSc in Russian and Eastern European Studies from the University of Oxford. Based in Beijing, he has previously lived in Moscow, London, Barcelona and Buenos Aires.
